What happens after the 14-day trial period expires?
After the 14-day trial period has expired, your account will be automatically deactivated. Need more time to test? Then simply contact our support team.
Do I really get an unlimited number of user licenses?
Because we want as many of your colleagues as possible to be able to use your company’s image and media material, the number of users is irrelevant for the licensing of the teamnext | Media Hub. So you can invite as many users as you want to your Media Hub (including guest users and photographers).
Why are there guest user accounts?
The user types guest user and photographer each have only very limited access and usage rights. This serves to secure your media stock against unauthorized access.
What happens when my storage quota is used up?
You can add more storage (Media Storage) to your package at any time in 50 GB or 1 TB increments. There are no limits to this. Your new media storage is ready immediately after booking, whether you book 50 GB or 100 TB (100,000 GB).
What are the billing intervals?
You can pay your bills annually in advance or monthly.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum contract period is 30 days for monthly payment and 12 months for an annual contract. The details can be found in the terms of use for teamnext | Media Hub.
What file formats are supported?
With the teamnext | Media Hub you can manage and convert all common image, video, text and graphic formats and generate visual previews for them. You can find a detailed description in our overview of supported file formats.
Does an application need to be installed for use?
The installation of specific applications or plug-ins is not necessary to use the Media Hub. You can access the teamnext | Media Hub conveniently via your browser at any time.

Since further development of the Internet Explorer was discontinued in 2020, we no longer support it for security reasons. We recommend users of the Internet Explorer to switch to Microsoft Edge.
Is it possible to conclude an AV contract according to article 28 GDPR?

Can the Media Hub be operated on an own server (on-premises / private cloud)?
We offer customers with particularly high requirements in the area of data protection (e.g. entities entrusted with confidential information, hospital operators, public authorities etc.) the option of operating teamnext | Media Hub both as private cloud or as on-premises solution.
