Purpose of Data Processing
If you contact us and there is no initiation of a contractual relationship, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purposes of conducting our business operations. In doing so, we ensure that we do not process data without a prevailing legitimate interest.
Categories of Recipients
In the course of providing our services, we engage service providers for specific areas who are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations, and where access to personal data cannot be excluded. These categories of recipients are: hosting providers, IT service providers, cloud service providers, and external consultants (e.g. Data Protection Officer). Data will only be disclosed to authorities if required by overriding statutory provisions. A transfer of data to third countries, or access to data from third countries in the event of a support case, cannot be excluded. Agreements have been concluded with all providers that guarantee an adequate level of data protection in the respective third country.
Storage Period and Deletion of Data
Your data will be stored for the duration of the processing and deleted once the purpose no longer applies. If statutory retention obligations exist, the data will be retained until the expiry of those obligations and subsequently deleted.
Your Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection and Data Portability
You may exercise your right to access, rectification and erasure of data at any time. Please contact us using the details provided above. If you request the deletion of your data but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted. The same applies in the event of an objection. You may exercise your right to data portability to the extent that the technical capabilities are available at both the recipient's end and ours.
