The purposes of data processing on our website and in our application are the provision of services, the initiation and fulfilment of contracts, compliance with legal obligations, and the provision of information about our company's products and services, combined with the opportunity for users to contact the relevant persons within our organisation in a targeted manner.

We process personal data in particular on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

2. PRIVACY NOTICES FOR DATA PROCESSING ON THE WEBSITE

The purposes of data processing on this website are to provide information about our company's products and services, combined with the opportunity for you to contact the relevant persons within our organisation in a targeted manner.

When you access https://mediahub.ai, a connection is established with your browser. The following information collected in this process is temporarily stored in system files and recorded automatically: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of retrieved files, website from which access is made or from which you were directed to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your provider.

The aforementioned data is processed by us for the purposes of ensuring a smooth connection and system security. The connection data generated is deleted automatically. If the website is misused, log data whose further retention is required for evidentiary purposes will be retained until the incident has been resolved.

3. PRIVACY INFORMATION FOR USERS OF THE WEB APPLICATION https://mediahub.ai

mediahub.ai is a Digital Asset Management tool that enables efficient, cloud-based image and media management.

The purpose of data processing is the performance of contracts on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and in the case of employees, in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (performance of the employment relationship).

If this web application is made available to you as a user by your employer (platform customer), your employer is the controller and we act as the processor within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Information about the use of mediahub.ai within your organisation can be obtained from your management or your Data Protection Officer.

If you create your own customer account, the provisions set out below apply.

3.1. Customer Account / Contractual Services

As part of your registration and when you order products and/or services via the website, we process the data you provide for the purpose of performing the contract. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without correct information from you, registration and use of the mediahub.ai web application is not possible.

Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of the contract.

3.2. Storage Period and Deletion of Data

Your data in the user account will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship. After the end of the contractual relationship, your data will be deleted from https://mediahub.ai, unless overriding statutory provisions prevent this in individual cases or the controller issues different instructions. Your data is generally deleted from the application after 6 months.

Tax-relevant data will be deleted after the expiry of the statutory retention period of 10 years following the annual financial statement and the end of the calendar year.
