Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of data processing is the initiation of employment relationships on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 88(1), § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). Data will only be passed on to other companies on the basis of your separate consent.

Categories of Recipients

Applicant data will not be passed on to third parties. As we engage service providers for our information technology who are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations, access to personal data within this context cannot be excluded. Categories of recipients outside of management and HR are service providers for hosting and IT support, as well as external consultants (Data Protection Officer). Data will only be disclosed to authorities if required by overriding statutory provisions. No transfer of data to third countries takes place.

Storage Period and Deletion of Data

Your data will be stored for the duration of the application process. Following a decision on your application or the filling of the position, the data will be retained for 6 months. In the case of unsolicited applications or with your consent to retain the data for a possible future employment, data will be stored for a maximum of two years.

Your Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection and Data Portability

You may exercise your right to access, rectification and erasure of data at any time. Please contact us using the details provided above. If you request the deletion of your data but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. You may exercise your right to data portability to the extent that the technical capabilities are available at both the recipient's end and ours.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

Obligation to Provide Data

Without correct information from you, it is not possible to carry out the application process. This may result in your application not being considered within an ongoing process.

Profiling

We do not use any profiling in the context of this processing.
